At The Emerald Sanctuary Experience, our ultimate goal is to help our participants up their vibe! We facilitate this through breath work, meditation, yoga, sound baths, positive live music, Ecstatic Dance sessions, Reiki energy sessions and massage and other holistic healing modalities. Through a carefully sculpted process we have structured for each event, the participants go on a healing journey releasing the stresses of life, returning the sense of renewal, peace and wellbeing that they have been longing for.
