We will start the afternoon with a couple of panel discussions from The Triangle’s leading thought leaders, experts & mamas just like you on how we need to change the narrative on motherhood into an empowering one & how we need to honor motherhood differently. We will be sharing practical tips on how you can be empowered within your self, within your home & in your community. We will explore topics like matrescense (the birth of a mother), honoring the identity shift from woman to mother, boundaries, self care vs soul care, how to honor yourself differently & more! This will be followed by an evening soiree for us to gather, connect & create new bonds with other women over refreshments.
