Panel discussions with women societies, youth, elders, tribal, local and regional Law Enforcement. Remembering and honoring families of MMIW. Spiritual healing opportunities for those attending. Keynote, Ruth Buffalo, first Native American Democratic Woman elected to the North Dakota Legislature. Special Guest Speaker, Arvol Looking Horse, keeper of the white buffalo calf pipe.
