Looking for an experienced rental inspector / carpenter to inspect occupied mobile homes and perform repairs to include but not limited to the following tasks: Perform occupied home rental inspections. Install safety items (ex: air filters, smoke detectors, CO2 detectors, fire extinguishers). Identify home repair issues & concerns. Pressure washing experience. Must have android tablet experience. Must be comfortable on ladders and roofs. Must have experience in basic plumbing and basic electrical. Must have a reliable vehicle and clean driving record. Must be able to pass a background check. You provide your own tools. Work days are Monday - Friday. PTO and paid holidays. Medical, Dental & Vision are offered
