We have evening event tickets for purchase for the 9/11 event, pm seating. Small Ballroom 9/10/21 4-8 pm Join us Friday September 10th Sign in from 5-8pm - Casual Hot & Cold buffet will be served. Bring your family or friend to this informal event and have some food! Sign in on Saturday morning from 8-9 am - for people that did not sign up on Friday night. Large Main Ballroom 9/11/21 starts at 8 am for the food. Saturday September 11th Sign in at 8-9 am - Hot and Cold Breakfast buffet will be served Bring your family or friends from 8-9 am only for some goodies to eat. ( 9am starts the program) Morning/Saturday event 9am-Noon ( 9 am nurses only event) Surprise Fun! Guest Speakers, Amazing Raffle Prizes, Relax with soothing music, and make connections with new friends. ( Guest Speakers) After 12:30 pm we will take a break and come back at 7 pm for the semi formal dinner. You are welcome to check out Charleston with your family or new friends. Special room rate for your Nurses: $199 is what we can offer you. We are currently selling on our website at $289, so the $199 is a significant discount. The rooms will be blocked off in sections for purchase. We will provide your nurses with a code. They can upgrade to larger rooms for a fee. Check in Our check-in time begins at 4 PM, however if nurses arrive early we can certainly get them checked in before then if their rooms are available. If they are not ready just yet we can store their bags for them until their rooms are available. Pets are allowed. Dogs are to be around 25 lbs or less ( no they won’t weigh you dog) They want only 1 dog in a room but we can work something out. Come to Marie for your special doggie accommodation needs. This is a pet friendly hotel. They do ask not to leave your dog alone in the room. If you have a puppy buggy/stroller you can bring the pooches around with you. If traveling with family they can take turns doggie sitting in the room. Must be on a leash when walking around the public areas of the hotel. There is a small fee for the pets. They will need to use special products after a pet has left the hotel. Parking - Well this is the city so there is a 20.00 per day fee for your auto. It’s a very safe parking garage attached to the hotel and owned by the hotel. If you want to do valet parking it’s 28.00 per day Daily incidental fee is 40.00 per room. PLEASE NOTE- YOU will get this back. If you don’t use anything from the mini bar or other incidentals, the money will be credited to you. Room tax is 14% ( this is SC tax and the Charleston Visitor/hotel tax fee ) Need a roommate? Someone needs to buy the room first. Then we can assist you in finding a roommate who will split the cost. The roommate who did not purchase the room will pay cash for their ½ to the nurse that did purchase the room. This is up to you all to make it work. Jessica will be in charge of matching roomies. Jessica has nurses who have purchased a room and want a roommate. She teaches Medicare Care Management / Remote Nursing offering distance learning programs for nurses. In February Marie entered a strategic partnership with CareSimple.
