SPEAKER BIOS: Denise Wilson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CEO & HR Consultant has over 28 years of HR experience working both in-house with major Valley corporations and HR consulting. Throughout her career, Denise has performed all duties involved in the employment lifecycle from hiring to separation. Among other consulting duties, Denise helps our clients with outsourced HR, investigations, HR audits and mentors new HR professionals. Consuelo Chavez, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Director of Consulting Services has over 18 years of experience in human resources. Consuelo spent 10 years with a large international manufacturing company before moving into HR consulting. She provided HR consulting services on a nationwide basis to companies of all sizes and industries for 4 years. Now with CoreHR for 4 years, she provides customized HR services, including on-site support, to clients across the central valley. Consuelo is bilingual and can assist our clients in either English or Spanish. Stephanie Moreno, HR Consultant, brings over 20 years HR experience within a wide range of industries nationwide from non-profit to food manufacturing and government contracting with 2000+ employees in 14 states. Her business mindset, financial and operations skills incorporated into her HR partnership include Lean/Kaizen events, startups for departments and locations, investigations, union contract negotiations and grievances, court proceedings preparations, HRIS systems (conversions), leadership development and succession planning.
