My name is Jade Muse and I am on the road to becoming a Healthy Lifestyle Expert. Originally from Baltimore, I have been living in Atlanta for about 5 years.  Certified in Holistic Care via Smart majority (based in the UK) I am driven by the observation that people live a certain way depending on their daily routines and the knowledge they have accessible to them.   There are many lost in our communities - unhappy and feeling stuck in situations that they would rather not be. If given the opportunity and the tools, I believe everyone can live their best life.   The Reconnect to Self Workshops were created to educate our people on basic topics that affect us daily, from a more spiritual or symbolic persective. These workshops were created to expand your knowledge and elevate your consciousness. The Reconnect to Self-Holistic Care Retreat, launching May 2019, came to life after I completed the certification in Holistic Care. It sparked a light inside of me. I realized if more people were given access to the right information in a safe environment to learn, they could change their lives for the better. In this universe the way to manifest your true desires is by Reconnecting to your true self.
