Description

Teaches the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude essential to the safe and efficient use of a handgun for protection of self and family. This 8-hour shooting class is qualified training to obtain a Florida Concealed Weapon License (CCW). Students should already possess a good understanding of firearm safety and pistol marksmanship – it is recommended that students have taken the NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course prior to taking this class. Tuition includes all course materials, private range use (no range fees), targets, and lunch. Students will need a centerfire handgun and 100 rounds of ammunition. This course is taught by NRA Training Counselor with over 30 years of firearms experience and training.
