Join us for a multiple building tour of one of Greenville's newest developments. Eligible for 2 LU | HSWs. The Camperdown development is the largest multi-building, mixed-use project in downtown Greenville’s history, with a project cost exceeding $350M. Four total buildings include a 196-room AC Hotel, home to seven dining concepts and a rooftop bar; the 217-unit Deca apartment building; approximately 80,000 square feet of retail space; approximately 150,000 square feet of offices; and 18 condominiums at the top of the 17 story Falls Tower. At the core, the buildings are connected by a 1.5 acre publicly accessible plaza that sits over parking structures for the complex. The plaza doubles as an outdoor event space and includes retail and restaurant concepts for an active streetscape. The project is bordered by 3 streets, including Main Street and has a direct connection to Falls Park, Greenville’s core urban park and greenway. The building tour will give the local design community insight on how the project was designed and constructed in conjunction with a very prominent and activated site near the center of the downtown core. It will also provide opportunities to see how the project was designed and thought of as a hub near Falls Park and maximizing the use of the site. This event will include tours of the AC Hotel, Greenville News Building, DECA Apartments, and Falls Tower. Masks will be required for this tour. Other PPE will not be.
