Looking for a reliable person to provide part-time residential property care for multiple properties. Responsibilities includes general scheduled maintenance tasks, landscaping, and misc. punch-list items including exterior and interior repairs. You will perform a general variety of tasks including: drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, light welding, moving, organizing, job site cleanup and occasional trips to the dump. Reliable transportation required... truck or equivalent preferred for occasional light hauling. Tools and materials provided. Flexible hours and schedule. Background check required.
