Annual ESOL Coordinators Training sponsored by the AR Division of Elementary and Secondary Education! Annual ESOL Coordinators Training sponsored by the Arkansas Division of Elementary and Secondary Education! This conference will focus on the unique needs of ESOL Coordinators in Arkansas. This year's focus will be on Reconnecting and Reviving Our Practices for our English Learners in Arkansas. Come hear from DESE's ESOL staff and guest speaker, Sarah Ottow, as well as learn from each other. Anticipated topics include increasing our skills as educational leaders and effectively advocate for English Learner students in our given settings. ESOL Coordinators will have the opportunity to meet and collaborate with other ESOL Coordinators from similar size districts as well as with ESOL Coordinators from their regions.
