At about 9 p.m., Travis Kernard was standing between two parked cars in front of his Hawkins Boulevard home when a 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer being driven by Annmarie Donadeo crashed into one of the parked cars, pinning him against the other parked car, police said. Kernard, 28, was transported by Copiague Ambulance to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip, where he was pronounced dead, according to police.
