We're kicking off the semester with a sample weekly workout so that you can get to know what CHAARG is all about!!
Every week, we meet as a Chapter with a specialist in the health + fitness field ++ participate in their area of expertise. Whether it’s Zumba, kickboxing, or making a post-workout snack, we are down to try anything! This week the exec team will be leading a workout!
