Upper Darby Township and the Delco Skatepark Coalition Pop Up Skate Jam Participant Registration Saturday September 18th 11:00am to 2pm Skate session open to all skill levels. All participants must pre-register and sign the waiver to participate. Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian complete this form and sign the waiver. Helmets are required.
