General Contractor / Remodeler / Handyman needed We have an condo remodel project and will various updates to the kitchen, bathroom, flooring, ceiling, painting, and more. Looking for a Jack of all trades type of person with extensive remodeling and renovations to general repairs experience. We will pay for all materials required for the job. Will be paid on an hourly basis. There is enough for at least a couple of weeks or more. If first project is successful then and there is more potential work. This project will in the Bellevue / Seattle area, so you will have to be within commuting distance. Required qualifications: • Able to meet deadlines • Experience with painting, basic plumbing, low voltage electrical, framing, tile, and bath remodel • 10 plus years of construction experience • Must have your own tools and truck • Must have a smartphone and access to the internet • Must be responsible and dependable • Ability to send progress with pictures Preferred but *NOT* required • Two or more person team • Licensed and insured with active registration on the LNI website If you are interested, please send us a brief description of your work experience and tell us your strengths.
