SILVER SPRING, MD — A 39-year-old woman from Silver Spring who was reported missing has been found. Alexandra Melany Quiroga is now safe, Montgomery County Police said Wednesday afternoon. She had last been seen near Aspen Hill Local Park in Rockville. This story has been updated.
