We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for a role at InterCoastal Financial, Inc.'s apartment complex located in Charlotte, NC. InterCoastal Financial, Inc. manages 240 units of conventional and affordable multifamily housing throughout the Unites States and Puerto Rico. Duties/Responsibilities • Schedule and prepare unit turnovers, including all preparation work • Perform appliance repairs • Experience in conducting unit inspections • Maintain a clean property • Additional duties as assigned verbally or in writing Qualifications • Must have prior maintenance experience in Multi-Family Housing • Strong maintenance skills to include: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting and drywall Schedule and prepare unit turnovers, including all preparation work Perform appliance repairs • Must have strong customer service skills • Must have own vehicle and maintenance tools Safety Requirements Required to observe company safety procedures and standards to ensure individual safety, in addition to avoiding unnecessary risk to oneself, co-workers, customers and property.
