New York Man Indicted On Nashua Sexual Assault Charge: Court

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Bridget Peno, 55, of Pine Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge. The indictment accused her of possessing the drug with intent to distribute on Dec. 10, 2020, in Nashua. Mariah Peters, 22, of no fixed address in Nashua on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges-methamphetamine, fentanyl on March 23 in Nashua. Ryan Reid, 42, of Rumford Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of accepting money from a person in Hudson to obtain materials for a project that was never completed on April 12, 2018. Omar Rivera, 37, of Burns Hill Road in Hudson on three felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling a former intimate partner twice and stabbing a man in the hand on Feb. 5 in Hudson. Harry Rowley, 62, of Railroad Square in Nashua on a felony duty to inform charge. He was accused of failing to report he moved to Nashua police on Feb. 26. Brian Solomon, 48, of Lexington Court in Hudson on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of punching an intimate partner in the face on March 28 in Hudson. Ashley Steele, 29, of South Street in Milford on falsifying physical evidence and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, heroin and fentanyl mix and crack cocaine, all felonies. She was accused of possessing the drugs on Feb. 9 in Nashua and then attempting to conceal a baggie of crack cocaine near her buttocks. Rebecca Taylor, 34, of Queen Street in Boscawen on a possession of fentanyl charge on Jan. 28 in Merrimack. Arianna Tuck, 30, of Jane Street in Dracut, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She as accused of exercising control over $5,800 from another person via use of a debit card between June 8, and June 11, 2020, in Pelham. Juan Velazquez, 26, of A Street in Hudson on domestic violence, criminal threatening, and two reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of crashing his vehicle into an intimate partner's while injuring others on April 19 in Hudson. Matthew Wicks, 38, of Ledgewood Hill Drive in Nashua on second-degree assault, reckless conduct, and two aggravated driving while intoxicated charges, all felonies. He was accused of drunken driving on the Everett Turnpike and causing a crash that injured a passenger on June 17, 2020, in Nashua.
