Looking to form a more diverse live band

Hello, so I frequent CL often and find there is always the same ads. For rock/metal/country/blues but that’s not my interest. I play the drums, vocals and fiddle on guitar. I would like to form a band for gigging, bars, parties etc. But with a focus on making smooth, or grooving tunes and covers. Covers from artist like Sade, Tuxedo, Gavin Turek, The Internet, Mayer Hawthorne, Bobby Caldwell, JMSN, Earth, Wind, and Fire, KASHIF etc. just something more wholesome and grooving that some treble drenched ear wrecking rock. So if you’re a guitarist, bassist, drummer, vocalist looking to start something that makes music that’s hard not to dance to. I have a space that is secure to practice and I have a full drum kit and 400 Watt PA system. The gear shouldn’t be the problem!
