Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 08/24/2021 3:33 AM 08/23/21 2021-2319, Accident with Injuries: On 08/23/21 at 8:41 a.m., deputies responded to Van Emmon Road near Lotous Ridge Drive in Oswego Township for a report of an accident with injuries. Cornelius Phipps, a 75-year-old male from the 8000 block of Van Emmon Road in Oswego Township, was transported to Rush Copley Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries. 2021-2319, Accident with Injuries: 2021-2327, Domestic Battery: On 08/23/21 at 12:30 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Longbeach Road in Oswego Township for a report of domestic battery.
