Press release from the Village of Oak Brook: August 24, 2021 September 11, 2021 marks the 20th Anniversary of tragic day where 2,996 Americans were killed in terrorist attacks.  Our nation will never forget that day, and we will never forget the lives lost.  The Oak Brook Police Department is honored to once again partner with the True Patriots Care Foundation to bring the Healing Field back to the Village of Oak Brook to honor those lives lost and pay tribute to this heart-breaking, historic day.
