3 People Shot In Pittsburgh Neighborhood

PITTSBURGH, PA — Three people are recovering after being shot Tuesday night in an apartment on the 2100 block of Rhine Street in the city's Spring Hill neighborhood. Police responded shortly before 9 p.m. after a ShotSpotter alert and 911 calls. They found two victims in a lower-level unit. One suffered gunshot wounds to the leg and ribs and was taken to an area hospital in serious condition. The other had been shot in the right leg and had a graze wound to the head; he was taken to the hospital in stable condition. A female victim arrived at the hospital via private transportation with gunshot wounds to the leg and arm. Her condition is unknown. The victims have not been identified.
