I replied to this via email but now that I am back home I thought I would post what was sent here, because I know no one checks email often any more...
Out of curiosity do you still live in Medford or have you moved away?
I may not be the person your missing but i can tell you from experience that not reaching out makes it worse and often times they are feeling the same way.
Again i may or may not be who your talking about but i know how you feel.

it sounds like you might be in love with this friend, and thats ok, but dont play the what if game. Tell them how you feel, they may feel the same way.
