Need a work out buddy to help motivate and get me into the gym. I need to lose weight. My work schedule is all over the place though. Evenings 6-8 usually best times but that also changes. I have a memebership at Anytime. I have a bad shoulder and two bad knees. 42 male, 5’10 240lbs. Like to get to 200lbs. Willing to help you out also.
