MENDOTA HEIGHTS, MN — A new "diner and bar" is coming to Mendota Heights, The St. Paul Pioneer Press reported. "The Copperfield" will be on the ground floor of new apartment complex The Linden(735 Maple St) and aims to open in September, the report said. Chef Beto Santos of Wildfire Restaurant in Eden Prairie will head the kitchen, the publication reported.
