We have a lot of work orders for landscaping, tree trimming/removal, and housecleaning as well as handyman work (minor electrical/plumbing), drywall, Painting, carpentry, etc. Our customer is a property management company with tenant-occupied homes. As soon as job is complete and we have photos and resident confirms, we can pay Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or Paypal. We are not one of those companies that pays you a percentage.
