Phoenix Property Developers, LLC. is an Annapolis, Maryland-based real estate development firm that buys and develops residential real estate. We are always looking not only to invest in property, but to invest in people! We are seeking a property management technician for a single-family rental portfolio that would be able to provide services for our properties in Anne Arundel County, Charles County and Prince George’s County. Required skills are servicing and installing HVAC units, Experience with pulling permits, new construction experience highly desired but not required. Must be willing to handle service calls and rental turnovers. Opportunities exist to manage full-scale renovations. Must own their own tools, must be insured, must be personable. Spanish speakers preferred but not required. Must be able to work with minimal oversight and produce high-quality work. Must be tech-savvy, communicate via email, text and video conferencing.
