Description
I'm rehoming a very well-trained female husky. She is three and a half years old, spayed, and updated on her shots. She is incredibly smart, and learns both house rules and commands quickly. She has always been an inside dog, and knows that she must be calm inside and can be full-husky outside (although she adjusts to the strictness of the person she is with). She is trained to not bark and is crate trained well.
She is incredibly friendly with all dogs, children, and people, and prefers being around people all the time. She hasn't interacted with cats much, but seems wary of them outdoors. The one exception with dogs is if she feels her food is threatened, and she's a grazer, so she leaves it in the bowl for a while. She will feel like she has to stay near her food to defend it and gets a bit anxious about that, so with multiple dogs, you have to give her a way to know her food is protected (e.g. locked in the create).
Like all huskies, she is high on the shedding scale, so you will need to invest in a quality vacuum.
Just some of her commands:
- Sit
- Lay Down
- Come
- Stay
- Crate
- Will you dance with me? (gives you her front to paws for dancing)
- Can I have a hug? (hugs you)
- Jump
- Outside
- Inside
- Walk
- Teeth (for brushing)
- Paws (for giving each paw to wipe off)
Please provide enough information that I know you aren't a bot, that you read the post, and that you understand huskies. Please leave a number, and I'll reach out if it sounds like a good match. Serious inquiries only. Rehoming fee applies.
