Handful of small job house repairs needed to get house ready for sale. Live near tram (corner of tramway and paseo). Small drywall patches, crown molding repairs, etc. Text me your name and contractor license and we will do a walk through together. Cash paid per job, not hourly. Need to start this weekend and complete by next weekend. No later. Daughter is high risk- must wear kN/N95 mask in the house. This is a must. Simple masks will not do. Text only.
