Experienced painter needed to paint interior of all rooms in house

Hello, We have a 1500 square foot, 5 bedroom single family 1 story rental home that needs to be fully painted. All rooms, all areas, trims, doors, cabinets doors and inside of closets and shelves. One color (semi gloss) for the walls and a similar color (semi gloss) for the trim, doors, cabinets and closet shelves. You are also painting the ceilings, not just the walls. We only need one coat (paint plus primer) and we are painting almost the same exact color as the one on the wall, so one coat should work fine. Air spray recommended but not necessary. Floors DO NOT need to be covered except tiled areas. The non-tile areas are being replaced. We will only pay for the paint, you will have to pick up the paint from the Home Depot. You are responsible for all supplies like brushes, rollers, painter’s tape and painter’s plastic, and anything else that you need. Fixed price quote only, no hourly quotes.
