Full-Time Infant Nanny for Twins

A family in Fitchburg is in need of a full-time nanny to care for their newborn twins and to assist with household tasks. They most likely need a nanny around October, but would be open to the nanny starting sooner. The family also has a four-year-old boy, but he is in preschool for the most part. There would probably only be a handful of times when the nanny would need to also care for him. He is very well behaved. The schedule will be 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM. They would like a nanny that will be a nurturer and caretaker to the children focusing on educational, physical, and mental milestones; one that sticks to the children’s schedules. They would like a nanny that helps to sleep train the babies during the day. The nanny’s primary duty would be to care for the twins during the day. Help with the children’s laundry would be greatly appreciated if time permits. The family loves swimming, sports, and boating.  They have a very friendly golden-doodle dog that naps 90% of the time. Their discipline philosophy for their son is to be firm but compassionate and age appropriate. The pay is negotiable and between $18 and $22 per hour dependingon experience, qualifications, and the right fit.
