We are currently looking for field data collectors. This is a part-time or contract job. No need to report to an office and all communications will be done through email and phone. Most jobs are in and around the City of San Diego. This work includes using a tablet or phone. You would walk out a path and use a google earth like app to record utility structures. (poles, peds, vaults, valves, etc.) You would also take pictures. On average, you would spend no more than 30 minutes on each job site. You can visit the job site and collect the required data at any time of the day as long as the sun is still up for visibility. This is an entry-level position, so the experience is not required. Other qualifications to be considered include: * Comfortable standing/walking for long periods of time. * Being punctual and responsive and work independently in the field. * Attention to detail and ability to follow through instructions. * Own transportation to travel to job sites and must have a CLEAN driving record. * Must be able to PASS a background check and a drug test. Pay is per job plus expense (gas, mileage, etc).
