SHOP HELP/ORDER-RECEIVING Associate - Two Locations (Temecula & Fallbrook, CA) Summary: Write up work orders/repairs, load/unload trucks and customers when needed, stock shelves, lift to 50 lbs. throughout the day, operate forklift, customer service, check-in products/parts and report any discrepancies, maintain a clean warehouse/facility. M-F 7:30- 4:30 Sa 7:30-1:00 (flex to work some Saturdays) Pay: $16-17/hr. DOE + OT - Counter/Customer Service Assistant - Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred - Write up work orders/ repairs - Be able to lift up to 50/lbs. - Help load/unload trucks and customers when needed - Process and file paperwork when needed - Help check in product/parts - report any discrepancies and damaged product when needed - Ordering and receiving - Pull customer order and call customers once orders come in. - Pull shop job orders and give to mechanic - Put away product once it’s been checked in and received - Make sure pricing is updated in the system - Help stock shelves - Help maintain a clean store/warehouse - Quick learner/ Work in a fast-paced environment - Get along with others - Team player QUALIFICATIONS 1. Counter/Register / Customer Service experience a plus 2. Mechanically inclined preferred 3. Bilingual English/Spanish - preferred 4. Excellent communication skills, customer service oriented 5. Counter/shop help experience 6. Stocking and inventory control 7. Computer knowledge and experience 8. Have a great attitude and patience 9. Punctual and Reliable 10. Able and willing to work OT (incl. some Saturdays) II.) ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY TECH- (Vista, CA) Shift: M-F 7:30am-4pm (+ OT if needed) Pay: $16-18/hr. POSITION SUMMARY Assemble terminal boards, racks, cases, or housing per circuit drawings. Accurately run wires from tag lists. Receive/verify material deliveries per company standards. Stage material per job in designated areas. Maintain QMS (Quality Management Systems) standards. Skills: • Read and interpret circuit drawings for assembly and wiring accuracy. • Read and interpret wire tags. • Use a multi-meter, soldering iron, crimp tools, common hand tools. • Knowledge of all hardware needed for assembly, correct strip lengths, and terminations (correct eyelets, relay pins, etc.) - will train right person! • Experience with circuits, hand tools, and soldering would be helpful but not required. • Able to read and follow blueprints, schematics, and/or instructions both written and oral. • Self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable, energetic, dependable, honest, and thorough. • Quality conscious with the ability to meet productivity goals. • Excellent communication skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of ownership and accuracy on all work activities. • Must be able to lift 45 lbs. and stand most of the day.
