Household assistant for 2 families

We're ISO long term, part-time help for 2 families. Duties include: -organize/tidy house -load/unload dishwasher, wipe counters, laundry folding/put away -grocery shopping -run errands (Rxs, etc.) -make/be there for appointments -make/change beds *This is primarily a cleaning/organization job* Strong communication skills needed. Comfort with email, calendar/docs & internet. Looking for 4-5 days/wk up to 2-5 hrs/day (M-Th/F). Time during the day is flexible, but no evenings or weekends. We also need consistency week to week. Pay is $15-$20/hr based on experience and skill level. This could be up to ~30 hrs a week. About us: family 1: 4 humans and 2 dogs. Family 2: 4 humans and 2 cats. Each family has a 7 year old and a 3 year old. We're vaccinated & looking for vaccinated helper. Proof of vaccination a must.
