Job Description Task Force Services is seeking a Pressure Washing/Striping/General Maintenance person for our Austin, TX based operation. This position requires a hard-working individual who is eager to learn and grow with our company. We are looking for a positive individual who gets along well working on a team! Our Mission: To provide value oriented, reliable, and consistent property maintenance and installation services to owners and professional parking facility managers. Task Force Services is a parking equipment installation and parking facility services company specializing in parking facility equipment installation and parking facility cleaning/maintenance. Task Force Services has over 30 years of combined experience in the industry. Work will be both outside and inside parking facilities. Work includes pressure washing, sweeping, striping, cleaning and general maintenance. Duties: Pressure Washing Power Sweeping Striping Painting Facility Cleaning/Day Porter General Maintenance Tasks – Changing light bulbs/ballasts, safety equipment repair, parking equipment repair, etc. Minimum Qualifications: · Previous experience pressure washing, striping or sweeping, preferred · Reliable transportation to and from work · Must present valid, unexpired, original IDs sufficient to complete the I-9 form (see for details) · Valid US drivers license and clean driving record · Must pass background check and routine drug screening · Former Military Welcome · Good Communication Skills · Ability to lift 50 pounds · Ability to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. · Punctuality · Ability to work with others as a team or independently · Be customer service focused · Be thorough and detail oriented TO APPLY email: [email protected] (or) PHONE: (512) 537-3030
