• Make-ready of vacant units, including painting, drywall repairs, light fixture replacements, door replacements, cabinet refinishing, and laying LVT flooring. • Respond to resident requests for maintenance and service by taking appropriate action to repair and/or restore service within the quality and time standards established by the organization. • Previous experience in the Apartment field is a requirement of this position Complete all daily work order requests Assist with cleaning and maintenance of grounds and pools Preventative maintenance Install, maintain, troubleshoot, or repair: Plumbing, Urinals, Toilets, Sinks, Dishwashers, etc. Carpentry Drywall, Paint, etc. Light fixtures Minor and major repair of common areas Locks Outlets Electric and Gas Appliances Ventilation • Property clean up Furniture and trash removal Assisting with maintenance Repairing heating and air conditioning (HVAC) preferred • Scheduled inspections of premises may include: A/C Compressors Roofs and Stairs Parking Areas Laundry Facilities Trash Enclosures Walkways Exterior Lighting • Must be able to pass a background check and have reliable transportation.
