I have 50 units in South Hills, Dormont, Mt. Lebanon, Mt. Washington, Castle Shannon and Carrick. I need someone with a vehicle, preferably a truck or big SUV, to do things like: clear drains, paint a porch, fix toilets, change light fixtures, clean up yards, cut bushes, repair plaster, repair concrete. Person must live in South Hills, that is important to me so if you do not, please do not respond. This is on an ongoing basis but is not a job of so many hours a week. Must not have a serious criminal record.
