Job Requirements • Reliable transportation, valid Driver’s License and cell phone • Positive reference check • Completion of training Successful candidates will be detail oriented and dedicated to excellence in cleaning and customer service. Responsibilities Cleaning of two buildings on one site • Clean commercial site and ensure tasks outlined in cleaning checklists are completed to the highest standards • Standard Cleaning of offices, restrooms, conference rooms, common areas, kitchens, etc.. Dusting, mopping, empty garbage, vacuuming, wiping of high touch areas, detail cleaning, etc.. • Assess a client’s business, prioritize tasks, and use good judgment to customize appointment per client’s wishes • Deliver the highest quality of customer service possible • Report to work on time each day and work extra hours when needed • Comply with proper safety policies and procedures(i.e. when using cleaning supplies, reporting incidents, etc) • Ensure all equipment and supplies are transported from each site (cleaning products/vacuum not left behind)
