Part-Time Samples and Sourcing Associate                           OPPORTUNITY AND POSITION SUMMARYThis is an excellent opportunity for a bright, energetic, and detail-oriented person who is passionate about the beverage alcohol industry.  This position will work across multiple functions (including supply chain, logistics, global sourcing and sales and marketing) of a fast growing, global company that develops, produces, markets and sells innovative wine brands to customers throughout the world.Reporting to and receiving support and direction from the Company’s Sourcing Analyst, the Logistics and Shipping Associate is responsible for coordinating, tracking, reporting and managing all beverage alcohol samples sent to the Company and sent from the Company.  This role is 28-32 hours per week on-site in our Novato office.Primary Responsibilities        Provide support for all sample needs within the company (sales, marketing, and winemaking) Preparation of samples according to team needs Management and organization of on-hand inventory Responsible for incoming and outgoing samples both international and domestic Work with international team and vendors to both import and export samples Coordinate and organize internal wine and beer tastings Work with finance and logistics to reconcile inventory  Requirements Ability to follow direction with minimal supervision Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word Strong computer literacy Strong organizational skills Strong written and oral communication Service oriented Ability to lift 40lbs Must be over 21 years old This role will be on-site in our Novato office - we have a very small team that is in the office currently and are complying with mask-wearing rules while in the office.
