Description
We are seeking certified HVAC technicians to work on residential units at our apartments! We have a variety of units including packaged units, split systems, and more.
Duties include:
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment
• Inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC equipment and Appliances
• Operate specialized machinery, equipment and tools utilized in the repair, installation and maintenance of
heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems
Requirements:
• EPA Certification REQUIRED
• Must have a valid driver's license and a car to use for work
• Understanding of condensation leaks, AC maintenance, BTU
$18-24/hr based on experience!
