We are a property management company seeking to expand our team of in-house HVAC technicians to work on our properties throughout several locations in Los Angeles County. Duties include: • Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment • Inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC equipment and Appliances • Operate specialized machinery, equipment and tools utilized in the repair, installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems MUST have: • Valid EPA Universal certification! • Valid driver's license and vehicle to use for work. • Own tools $18-24/hr; depending on experience!
