Description
*part time maintenance worker needed for local RV park. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
1. Water trees daily
2. Empty trash in the RV Park sections, restrooms, laundry and rec room daily.
3. Clean and disinfect laundry room daily.
4. Clean pool daily.
5. Mow and edge lawns on Fridays. Rake leaves and debris daily. Maintain bushes, shrubs, and flower
beds.
6. Repair and install required plumbing.
7. Complete basic electrical repairs, light bulbs, etc. Replace electric meters at 10 intervals.
8. Repair leaks in gas risers and gas lines where possible.
9. Replace gas meters at 10 year intervals.
10. Install and repair water lines and sprinkler systems.
11. Maintain golf carts.
12. Maintain septic system.
13. Maintain and repair various signs within the park and sign on Frontage road.
14. Other duties assigned.
*Must have good references and valid CA Driver License.
*Great opportunity for a dependable person with long term prospects. Must have own tools and reliable TRUCK for transportation.
