Helper needed immediately for general labor!

I need a helper to assist me with with doing cleanup on my rental house in Davis. It can involve yard work, lots of cleaning, help organizing things, etc. Guy or gal is fine. Any age is fine. You will get paid by how well you do. Pay ranges from $15 to $20 per hour. You must have your own transportation. Like to horse around? - not here! I will also be doing things like removing and replacing a laminate floor, fixing a fence and other small jobs. There is no smoking here, no cigarette breaks off the premises. Don't even apply. Must speak some English! No prior experience required BUT having some does help! The pay also depends on experience, ability and attitude. If you do a good job, hustle, and follow directions then I have been known to pay a bonus now and then. The work can actually be fun but there is a time crunch.
