Forming massive band, not cutting corners...

I'm looking for like minded, versatile, hopeful musicians (male/female/old/young), good pro players. I have experience, I've been in numerous bands, cover bands, tribute bands, original bands and there's one thing they all have in common... limiting beliefs. Bass, Drums, Guitar, Singer, maybe add keys, everyone doing their part and staying in their lane. This is not the way and it's just not fun anymore. How about 2 keyboards(synth/piano), 3 guitars, Bass, Drums, everyone sings. Harmonies!! (which is so rarely pulled off by bands). Let's be honest, harmonies separates the Men from the Boys, you know it. I want to be able to play ELO, Bowie, Beach Boys in their full glory. Not that this is a cover band but we would need to be able play some covers. I have a ton of original songs, massive amounts (maybe you do too?). There is no shortage of material but some covers will be necessary and fun as hell. Blowing doors off an ELO song would melt faces. There needs to be versatility here. Maybe you play a song on guitar, then a song on bass. Maybe you're on keys for a song and tamborine on another. Think Arcade Fire, everyone can play everything!!! My vision is not to play the local bars but to play city events, corporate events, county fairs. Bigger shows than you may be used to. I'm sick of struggling through the local bars. A massive band wouldn't be able to fit in a bar anyway, I'm thinking big here. I'm not delusional and I'm not looking to "make it big". I'm looking to make some money for sure but more importantly, I'm looking to have fun and be proud of being in a one of a kind band. I'm not going to attach a link of my songs here, you'll need to reach out to me and ask for that. I don't want to hear that you're a hired gun and that you're in 8 other bands. Send me an email and tell me about yourself if this post sparks an interest. Let me know that you're not a weirdo and you're sick and tired of searching for the right situation here on craigslist. If you can play and sing and are good at what you do, let's get this going. No flakes or scared people. You must be fearless and have belief in yourself and this idea. Let's create something that you will take absolute pride in. A massive sound that is undeniable. This won't even take a ton of work if you're a player. Work on stuff at home, get it dialed in. We'd rehearse but not 3 times a week, however, this might be so fun you'd want to rehearse 3 times a week. I'm also thinking about gigging 1 or 2 times a month, so not a huge commitment but those gigs should be Casinos or County Fairs. Let us not screw around with the dive bar up the street.
