To the person who wrote “you cross my mind a million times a day”.. There’s this woman on my mind too. I don’t know why. I never got the chance to really get to know her, but I just have this feeling that she’s really special. We talked for a while, but she ended up cutting things off. Maybe I was too available or came on too strong. Or maybe the chemistry wasn’t there for her. Either way, I resonate with the hazy memory, the little sparks of warm feelings, and sometimes the passing thoughts of nothingness. Those random thoughts/feelings are encouraging of what good things are to come. As far as my missed connection goes, a great deal of time has passed since she and I were getting to know each other. I do still wonder about her. I’m not in a position to reach out to my “missed connection”, but you may still have the opportunity to reach out to yours. If they didn’t set boundaries regarding contact and contacting them doesn’t harm/disrespect them, then I think you should try. Leave the what if’s to the rest of us.
