Licensed Child Care Provider in the Whittier, Ca. 90604 (will also serve La Mirada area children). Provider has 25 years experience, an AS a BA and a Masters in Child Development and a Program Director permit. Space is available in my home for 2 toddlers (1+ yrs), or a preschooler (3-5) in our Family Child Care Home Licensed Care #198017365. Our research based curriculum approach is Tender Care and Early Learning that focuses on child initiated and teacher directed activities based on the individual needs of your child. Educational program is Monday-Friday 7:00-6:00 PM. The High/Scope Curriculum for older children 3-12 yrs provides a high quality education focusing on health, physical development, communication, math, science, literacy, art, dramatic play, language development and social emotional development and Dance. Yoga for children will help them to learn spatial awareness, self regulation, and improve fine and gross motor skills. Meals and snacks included. The overall goal is to prepare children for school readiness and future school success in a Warm Caring home-like environment that puts social and emotional development at the heart of the program. Will take state and federal funding for parents working or going to school. Rates $10-232.00 a week based on time needed in care, ages of the child, and space availability.
