Parts Counter Sales Person – GM Dealer Quality Dealerships is in need of a parts counter sales person. The person in this role is responsible for service parts requests, assisting customers with parts sales (In-person, via Phone, E-mail). Excellent pay based on experience. Responsibilities: * Demonstrate a positive attitude and a high level of personal credibility and integrity with dealers, customers, management, and co-workers. * Ensure all parts are ordered, charged to work orders and pre-staged for service business. * Handle incoming sales calls * Perform back counter parts sales * Billings, crediting, quoting and assisting customers. * Interface with customers to fill orders and identify the correct parts/products as needed. * Learn inventory control and purchasing within Parts Department environment. Minimum requirements: * High School Diploma. * Previous parts experience. GM parts experience a plus. * Previous customer service/contact experience * Proficient computer and typing skills.
