PacifiCap Properties, Inc is seeking a full-time professional Maintenance Technician at their Artisan property location. As a full-time Maintenance Tech, you will attend to any and all residential apartment and townhome needs in a timely and professional manner. The job duties include, but are not limited to, the following: - Prepare units for new tenants in a timely manner - Plumbing fixture replacement - Electrical repairs and light fixture replacements - Sheet rock repairs and texture - Interior painting - Appliance repair - Able to follow established guidelines and operate without direct supervision - Communicates well and respectful towards residents to ensure their satisfaction - Responds to emergency maintenance calls. Applicant MUST have previous experience in painting and apartment turn-over maintenance. This position includes being on call once every four to five weeks. This position requires a valid Driver’s License, insurance, and reliable transportation.
