We are a distribution center for a growing shoe retailer, and we need to hire some motivated people! Duties include picking/packing large orders of shoes/socks and maintaining a clean work area. We are looking for employees who can stay focused on their task, and work at a good pace. The job is not very strenuous, but you will need to be on your feet all day and lift up to 50lbs. Some important things we are looking for: 1. Be reliable. If your shift begins at 9am, you need to be here at 9am. We will be counting on you to not miss too much time to lateness/sickness/other issues. 2. Stay focused on your task. Too often, we find employees on their phones or socializing with each other. This needs to be extremely limited while working. We are located in Ronkonkoma and we are open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm We are looking for fulltime and parttime employees.
