Seeking Licensed Contractor for ceiling tile replacement/repair

My previous landlord and I are having difficulty getting this resolved. One of my cats found access to a crawlspace in the basement and accidentally knocked some paper ceiling tiles down. I attempted to repair it myself as best as I could, but my landlord is not happy with the result. I am in need of someone to replace the damaged tiles (about 20 of them) and then potentially painting the ceiling a flat white to finish it nicely. My budget is low, but I want to be fair to you for your time and labor. You must have a contractor's license that I can look up under the ohio board and no complaints filed against you (my landlord's requirements). I know where to find the replacement tiles in Columbus, and the repair would be near Bexley off Nelson and Long st. I have attached the photos of the ceiling as is, please respond with interest and estimate available for this job.
